Among the rolling hills and scenic covered bridges of Madison County, Iowa, you will find Liberty Valley Morgans, LLC, a breeding operation focused on enhancing the future of the Morgan breed while preserving the past. Our emphasis on type, temperament, and intelligence with size and color attributes was formulated after falling in love with this oldest American breed.
about us
Some folks have a retirement dream of golf, travel, or sailing. Our retirement dream is the farm life! Our happy place is working on the farm with the horses and being good stewards of the land. We are laying the foundation for our dream with grand hopes for the future!
Having a dream is the easy part. Fulfilling a dream is a journey that challenges you in ways unforeseen. Digging deep and working hard with the support of Faith and Family and lovers of Morgans willing to help along the way, has fueled our passion to make this dream a reality.
Our facilities include a 12 stall horse barn with tack room and indoor arena. We currently have three grazing pastures with run-in sheds, and a newly constructed barn with foaling stall, wash bay, five horse stalls and a tack room.

Mission Statement
Our goal is to promote and build upon the reputation our stock has to offer the Morgan horse world for both show and pleasure, with a focus on breeding foals that exemplify Morgan type, temperament, intelligence, conformation, and God willing, a variety of colors. All Liberty Valley Morgans bred will be enrolled in the AMHA Full Circle Program.
